Asus announced a new range of laptops at the Computex show include the Asus ZenBook Flip S, that the company says that is the ‘thinnest 2-in-1 convertible laptop in the world’; Asus ZenBook 3 Deluxe, touted to be thinnest 14-inch laptop of the world, and the Asus ZenBook Pro, claimed as the ‘thinnest and lightest’ professional-grade ultraportable series.
Asus ZenBook Flip S
The ZenBook Flip S is, Asus boasts, the ‘thinnest 2-in-1 convertible laptop in the world’. The laptop weighs under 2.5 lbs, and measures just 10.9mm in thickness.
It runs on Windows 10, and it gets its smarts from a seventh-generation Intel Core i7-7500U. On the storage, this laptop somehow manages to hide a massive 1TB SSD, which is great news for the user’s who might want to make the ZenBook Flip S their primary workstation.
The screen is rotates back a 360 degrees, turn into a tablet mode, and utilizes the company’s fancy ‘ErgoLift’ hinge that adjust the keyboard position depending on how far back you adjust the screen.
Asus ZenBook 3 Deluxe
The Asus Zenbook 3 Deluxe is a sleek laptop that weighs just 2.4 pounds and measures about a half inch thick. This notebook features an aluminum chassis which employs thin bezels to fit the 14-inch NanoEdge display in what is said to be a 13-in footprint.
Under the Laptop, it is powered by 7th-generation Intel Core i7-7500U processor along with up to 16 gigabyte of 2133MHz LPDDR3 RAM, and a 1 terabyte PCIe SSD. It comes with Windows 10.
Asus ZenBook Pro
The ZenBook Pro has a 15.6-inch 4K touchscreen display — but this time it runs on Intel’s seventh-generation Core i7-7700HQ quad-core processor, 16 gigabyte of DDR4 RAM and a discrete graphic card, the Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti. These features, especially the last one, will make it appealing to gamers. The ZenBook Pro’s slim profile weighs 1.8kg and is only 18.9mm thick.
